I've been listening to this relatively new song by new girl on the block Cassie. Cassie also moonlights with Wilhelmina Models. Judging a cover by- um, CD, (?!) I thought that there might be some substance to this...The girl is produced by New York City "it boy" Ryan Leslie. The music is heavy on the sexy and the beat is pretty catchy.
It's nice to see that this model is smart enough to expand herself into other sectors, and seems to be doing so successfully, but unlike others who have tried, she seems to be the only one who's had mass market appeal within the music industry. Something not even Ms. Fierce Tyra could do.
