You still have myspace

Not only does Rosie O'Donell look like shit in person, but she's also the worst looking person on Hi Def. Seriously...

Rosie OÂ’Donnell has been named the "worst-looking celebrity" in high-definition television, according to Phillip Swann of the industry Web site TVPredictions.com. Swann says Rosie "looks like she uses a Brillo pad" to wash her face.

Ouch!

Don't worry Rosie... atleast everybody looks better on myspace.

Nicole Richie likes it dirty

Nicole Richie sex tape? Not quite... but she does have a dirty handbag!

Nicole was seen cruising around LA carrying the unthinkable! a dirty Balenciaga bag. I guess when you're a celeb and thousand dollar handbags are the norm you just don't give a shit!

but hey... a fashion faux paux is a fashion faux paux and as much as I love N.Ri this isn't right.

Clean it up bitch...

P.s. Nicole's in Elle this month.

What's going on here?

that's Mr. Beyonce, B, and Pasty Paltrow in London at Mr. Beyonce's after party. In case you were wondering what Pasty was doing in the picture, she actually sang the chorus for Mr. Beyonce's hot song "Song Cry".

I haven't heard anything that Pasty has put out in a really long time, other than "Cruising" a couple years ago, which was pretty descent. Does this mean that she's recording an album? I guess having an Oscar isn't enough nowadays.

I bet Pasty would look fab with darker hair...

Awesomely Ugly!!!

Ugly Betty premiered tonight and I...

Loved it! Yes, I loved it (is that okay with you?) I loved it because honestly, who doesn't love an underdog in a poncho? I loved the bitchiness, and watching the fashionista sharks whoring their way to the top. In case you missed it Ugly Betty is the story of a (not so attractive) yet kindred spirit from Queens, who starts out as an assistant to the Editor in Chief, (Daniel) at "Mode" magazine (I have a feeling this is supposed to be Vogue). Daniel doesn't like Betty from the start, and makes it his business to get rid of her...

Betty being the Latin woman that she is, doesn't give in, and the show is surprisingly hysterical!! I haven't been this excited over a new show in a while, and those other fashion themed shows (fashion house anyone?) just put me to sleep. This show is a must watch. The Spanish version has a spin off, and I can definitely see the English version heading that route.

It's about time the powers that be at the major networks start portraying latinoids in mainstream roles, and realize their potential within the media! Yay Salma Hayek for producing this, and breaking up the monotonous TV line up.

Loves it.

Fruitylicious

These necklace watches by Marc Jacobs are so cute! They remind me of necklaces I used to wear in the early 90's! I adore the fun retro look, and that they're water resistant.

This would definitely be a nice addition to the dull color pallet this fall...

Light it up

Clips of your favorite film on a tshirt? Who woulda thought?

Enter fashion designer Anke Loh, who believes there's lots of money to be brought to light from the idea. Her "Dressing Light" line of clothing is expected to hit stores in 2007."I had the idea of putting different lights into clothing and seeing what kind of moving images and atmosphere I could create," she explains... The wearables are powered by a small removable battery pack about the size of a cell phone.

"It's not just a dress, it's not just technology," she ventures. "Together they speak with one another."

In case you cared...

Crackhead Pete Doherty is set to work on a fashion line.

The crack and heroin-addicted 27-year-old was dumped by the Manchester label at the start of the year because of his "unpredictable" behaviour. But now bosses have had a change of heart. A fashion source says: "Gio-Goi really wanted Pete to be involved but they had to lose him when the drugs issue started getting out of hand. His stint in rehab seems to have gone well and they are excited about working with him again."

Whitney Flashback

Whitney Houston is one hell of a crack head! (recovering crack head that is...)

Here's some vintage Whitney being her crazy, defensive, rude, obnoxious, ghetto self on The Wendy Williams show.

Whitney on speculation whether she's done coke "You know they make you to break you, but I don't break, I'm not glass baby" Bullshit! Listen to the rest of the interview and judge for yourself!

Don't doubt Whitney too much...I have a feeling she's going to make a huge comeback... With OUT Bobby.

Ugly fashion bitch part II

Okay, so I've seen this before...

For all of you non Spanish speaking people out there, Betty La Fea has already been a big tevenovela hit, and America is finally catching on with ABC's fall show Ugly Betty.

The previews are in and looking good...

Ugly Betty is the ultimate story about one of the Fashion world's underdog.

I'll be watching. Will you?

Ms. Wintour wants you to "digg a little deeper"

No seriously. Anna Wintour wants reporters to stop asking her the same damn questions! (well...not in those exact words).

She does want them to digg a little deeper.

Just what exactlly should is it that she wants them to ask her?

Hot for Chloe

I wouldn't consider Jessica Simpson as very fashionable, or as a trend setter, but I do love her Chloe boots!

Jessica was seen around town last week in her new Chloe Paddington's. The bag is already worn one too many time by the girls who get theirs from China Town (yes I can tell your bag is fake!) but these boots are undeniably HOT.

I wouldn't really wear them with a grey shirt, but the boots still manage to pull this outfit together.

Don't mind spending a month's rent on boots? Then get your own! at Net-A-Porter

Kate Moss has officially lost it...

This. Is. So. Wrong.

Kate accepted Pete's marraige proposal and is set to marry the druggie. I guess dating bad boys is the norm for Super Models, but marrying one? Seriously Kate...You're crazy.

Not cool.

Cocaine and Vodka?

Is this for real?

Get ready for a new energy drink that's over 300 percent stronger than Red Bull.

The 8.4 fluid ounce energy booster has no actual cocaine in it, but it does contain 280 milligrams of caffeine. According to the company's Web site, the only way to get more caffeine per ounce is with an espresso

The drink even goes as far as adding a chemical to make your throat numb, just like the real thing (not that I would know about that).

I haven't seen any marketing for this product just yet...But I do know someone who would be a great poster girl...

H&M opens in SoCal on Thursday!

The rumors are true!!!!!

H&M is opening an L.A. store and are opening up shop in Pasadena this Thursday!
H&M fueled rumors of its arrival in L.A. for months. It ran a multimillion-dollar advertising campaign featuring Madonna and, in early August, splashed her image across the west face of Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel. The first 100 customers in Pasadena will receive gift cards worth $10 to $300.

And if this doesn't make you excited how about the upcoming Victor & Rolf Collection for H&M this November?

God is good.

Kate designing for Top Shop?

It looks like Kate Moss might be jumping the celebrity design bandwagon. Although it hasn't been confirmed, there has been talk of Kate Moss collaborating with one of the UK’s hottest retail spots, Top Shop over the weekend.

Kate hit up the Top Shop runway show during London’s Fashion Week, and sat next to Top Shop/Arcadia Group’s main man Phillip Green.

And although she was watching, rather than modelling in, yesterday's Topshop fashion show, what Kate Moss is going to do next still managed to overshadow all else.

Her appearance at the show, held at a theatre in Holland Park, west London, fuelled speculation that the model was planning to design a line of clothes with Topshop guaranteed to have Moss clones queuing around the block.

Taking cues from Madonna’s and Stella Mc Cartney’s wildly successful collaboration th H&M, Kate’s collaboration is a no brainier...about time. Hopefully Top Shop will make it's way across the pond ASAP.

Kate + Top Shop = surefire hit.

TONI MATICEVSKI Spring 2007

I loved this collection! Toni Maticevski is one of my favorite up and coming designers. I got really lucky and scored front row tickets to his Spring 2007 show a and got a chance to chat with him backstage.

His show had a great vibe, the collection was rhythmic and very refreshing.

Toni makes clothing for women that are sensual, youthful, yet chic. It is the antithesis of the teen bopper clothing that is so trendy right now. His clothes have a vintage character, with great pairing of fabrics.

I love his line... Definately one to watch.

Fashion Bawls

I don't know what marketing genius thought about naming an energy drink BAWLS, but there was an endless free supply of that stuff at the tents during Fashion Week. I tried one today, and quickly had to spit it out. Nasty. The advertising is also a bit cliche and is full of innuendos.

It's a caffeine alternative slash energy drink that comes in a flashy bottle. It was raining all day and I felt a little sluggish so I tried one. I have no idea what this stuff retails for, or if its even for sale yet... But I'll tell you one thing, the fashionistas were guzzling that thing down.

I guess if taking two of these to hit up that after party is what you gotta do...Then go for it. I'll skip this, thank you.

Keep your eyes on...Javi.

New York Fashion Week is almost over, and I can't wait to share stories from the tent.

But before I get to the dirt, I'd like to give much love to my girl from college Javi Hairston, who modeled in Project Runway season 3.

Javi has always had that je ne ce quois factor. Even in our little cookie cutter private college in upstate New York, her fierceness stood out. Javi is the next "IT" girl to hit the runways...Hopefully she'll book a major campaign soon. I'm rooting for your girlie!

I'm so happy to see her on her way to doing big things...

Fire.

Fashion Week Begins!

I am so excited to finally attend my first Olympus Fashion Week. Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that Fashion Week is "the shit". It's the one event I really look forward to every year. New York just transitions into a sea of eclectic individuals.

I got my credentials this afternoon and I was ecstatic! Pretty dope to get a "Press" pass...

I'm hitting up Bill Blass, Perry Ellis, and Chris Aire among others! Of course I will have my digital camera at hand, and post the pictures as soon as I get a chance with reviews on what was fabulous and un fabulous.

The hard part is figuring out what to wear.

I'll post a picture of what I decided on wearing. I think I'm going to stick to vintage tomorrow... Any thoughts?
