TALK about a fashion emergency! Eva Cavalli's skirt fell as she tried to board a cruise this weekend at Cannes. Will someone please explain how this happens? Her sugar daddy husband, Roberto Cavalli is one of the world's biggest designers, and this chick can't leave the house in something that fits?
