Fashion designer and chairman of amfAR Kenneth Cole, has redesigned the Aids Ribbon in partnership of MTV staying alive foundation. With a gang of celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker, Ke$ha, Estelle and Cyndi Lauper, once sold, 100% of a ribbon's net profits will be donated to AWEARNESS, the Kenneth Cole Foundation to helps fit against HIV and Aids.
