Diesel S/S 2012

Diesel, denim and design were the whispered words when I recently visited Diesel's S/S 2012 press event. With a new design team and vision for this gritty brand, it was interesting to see where they are heading.

Denim has always been the backbone for the label so they had plenty of new styles and colours for a decent selection. As well as solid footwear, bags and outerwear, printed Tee's were another extra but all had a slight artist influence, giving a completely different look to their previous designs.

Menswear also had a strong collection with a slight industrial and heavy duty inspiration, ideal for those mucky yet trendy men.

Diesel's new Jogg Jeans

Diesel have answered my prays and created a fantastic pair of jeans that have the same designs as a pair of Joggers. With Waistband drawstrings, Multi-task pockets and soft material, these are now my new best friend. With Style and comfort, these will be perfect for the slightly colder months and great for dressing up or chilling out! Diesel Press Preview A/W 2011

Diesel have always been great when it comes to bringing new trend pieces and styles to light. As A/W can be made for the more exciting items, Diesel definitely doesn't disappoint for the season ahead. With fur-lined boots, woolly wool Jumpers, Denim bags and jeans a-plenty, Diesel have many treats for us that you would want to wear. From the Menswear to Women's, clashing going-out and day wear has never been more fun and transitional as it is with Diesel.

The Global Fashion Awards 2010

The Global Fashion Awards created by WGSN, hosted some of the most inspirational talent of the Fashion industry.  From on-line stores to visual merchandising, the Global Fashion Adwards celebrates the best of the best.

The  Waterford crystal trophy was designed exclusively by John Rocha for the event, which was even more reason to win one.
